Some parts of the data processing is only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke your consent at any given time. For the revocation, a note via e-mail is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing that took place until your revocation shall remain untouched.

Gathering and processing of data when using our contact form

Data gathering by creating a comment

We gather your personal data when you comment on an article (name, e-mail address, comment text) but only to the extent you give us these information. Data processing serves to make commenting possible and to display comments. You give your consent to that by submitting a comment. It is done in compliance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent any time by sending us a corresponding notice without any influence on the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried out due to the consent you gave until the revocation.

Your personal data will be deleted following the notice.

Gathering, processing and usage of personal data during the order process

During the order process, we gather and use your personal data only to the extent that it takes to fulfill your order or to process your request. Providing data is necessary for a contract to come into existence. Declining the provision of data means no contract can come into existence. The processing is done in compliance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO and is neccessary to conclude a contract with you. Data provision to third parties is prohibited without your explicit consent. That does not apply to our fulfillment partners or partners we work with in order to process your request. Besides the recipients mentioned in the conditions here, there can be other recipients from the following categories: shipment service providers, financial service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for the ordering process, web hosters, IT service providers and logistics service providers. We strictly adhere to all legal provisions in all cases. The extent of the data provision is limited to an absolute minimum.

Using the email address for sending direct advertising mail
We use your e-mail address, which we obtained in connection with the sale of a good or service, for the electronic transmission of advertising for own goods or services, which are similar to those, which you already acquired with us, as far as this Use did not contradict. Duration of storage
After completion of the contract, the data are initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, then taking into account statutory, especially tax and commercial retention periods and then deleted after the deadline, unless you have agreed to further processing and use.
